Skyrim has a lot of really nice weapons. It was hard to pick. But in the end, I created three meshes based on three of the bows and quivers and arrows. Each of the following was a hard pick, and are colored to match the Skyrim versions as closely as possible, but they are actually all recolorable to your preference, so you're not under obligation to keep them this way.
Each bow comes with three types: stowed on the back, at rest in the hand, and drawn with an arrow knocked. In the future, expect smaller decor objects of the arrows and bows and quivers too to complete the look, but for now they are only CASParts.
The pose list below works for all of the bows. It includes only those for bows in the hand or drawn, since on the back will work with many other poses already. There may be some clipping based on clothing, but overall these sets should work with teens through elders, both male and female. You can download them individually or in bulk at the bottom.

Now that you're all kitted out with bows and arrows, you'll be wanting some poses right? :) These poses will work with any and all of the above bows. Some are meant for when the bow is in the hand (6) and some when it is drawn (6). There are no poses for when bows are stowed on the back since most poses will work with these.
